I started taking v12 for a while, but then stopped for a while...which probably proved the first solid 3 weeks on it to be unbeneficial...but anyways. How often should I take it ? I lift from 3:00 - 4:30 in the afternoon daily, Mon-Thurs. Should I take it around 2:00 before I lift? Or take it an hour before and an hour afterwards too? What's the most beneficial way to take the stuff? I'm looking for big gains of course, and the quicker the better. I've been lifting constantly for approximately 2 years now.

I take mine every morning, and on my lifting days I do it about 30 minutes before I hit the weights. The jug also says you can take a second serving if you want to, about 6 hours after the first one.

It seems like this stuff gives me a lot more energy throughout the day, and especially after I lift. I haven't taken it for a while now, and I seem to always come home after I lift and sleep or am just exhausted. If I take the v12 before I lift, it doesn't seem as bad. Why is this?
