Hello I have posted here before, but am back. I'm 17 and hate everything about my self. Most of all, that I am skinny. I cam here a few months ago and got a routine and some info and have still no gained weight. I eat tonnes and gym 3 times a week, witha break in between. I drink Mypolex everday. Today, I would like to ask - creatine. I heard its amazing stuff, but what im wondering is does it just help build muscle or does it do it itself. I dont want to become three times my size in two weeks..it will look like i popped sterioids! But if it is a supplement and i will still need to work out, and it will take aroun 5-6 months, then im interested. is it expensive? thanks again J

More than likely if you're not gaining weight it has more to do with your diet then anything. You need to head into the Nutrition forum and figure out how many calories you need in order to bulk. It may require far more than you are currently eating. Also search through the other stickies in the Nutrition forum to help you figure out a better diet plan. Finally no supplement is going to make you triple in size. Creatine will help you in your strength and size gains but no you won't look like you're on roids. The main thing is getting your diet in check and then playing with your routine until you find one that works best for you.

As Broken said, you need to figure out exactly how many calories a day you need, then adjust your diet accordingly, keep in mind that it creatine actually worked like that and you exploded over 3 weeks you would have to stay on creatine forever because your diet couldnt get you the muscle you needed, and no way you diet would support your muscle once you had it, and I dont think you want to be on supps forever... Supp's are less than 5% of your sucess, diet is 80% and the other 10-15% is training.

Ditto what the others said about diet. and creatine, while it can be helpful, is not going to pack mass on you like that- You still need a good diet and training routine to gain muscle, creatine is not some magical muscle building powder.
