I don't even know what to do. I haven't worked out today at all, and my only activity was golf, so that might be the reason, but I'm looking so fat today. And I'm not going crazy either. My neck measuremnt is 14.5-15.25, cause I can never get a conistent measurement, and my waist is 32.5-33.5. I'm weighing in at 133, 5'6. Im 21-24% bf based on tape measurement... So what is it? Should I drop mono? Workout more? I've been eating really good too.

cutting body fat is all about the diet. But I would also recommend you do cardio during 2 important times to maximize fat lose. In the morning after you wake up, and after your workout. Glycogen levels are low, and your body will use fat as a fuel source faster.

I don't see how you could be 21-24% bodyfat at 133lbs, that's incredibly small for your size. Are you sure the measurements didn't read 21-24 millimeters? If so, that wouldn't be 21-24% bodyfat. If you were 24% bodyfat at 133lbs your LBM would be 102lbs.

Perhaps you should cut weight, I can imagine if you put on a significant amount of weight - it may lead to some health problems in the future, I would concentrate on lowering your body weight. If you do it properly, you can still make strength gains - especially since you're new with training. "Newbie gains" is your nervous system requiring that previously inactive motor units inside the muscle fibers be recruited, resulting in the muscles ability to generate more force with each contraction, yet no increase in muscular hypertrophy.

Did you measure yourself after the golf game? If so, how hot was it as you played? Possibility of water retention due to the heat and length of your day golfing.

I didn't know height had anything to do with bodyfat measurements? From my bodyfat calipers, I measure the bodyfat through millimeters with the calipers, and then use the chart as a guideline from age and millimeters to point out my bodyfat%.

I want calipers. Rents won't buy them though. I played for about 1 hr, but it wasn't to hot. Yeah, height is including in the tape measurements

Tape measurements? Alright, makes more sense. A Doctor can measure them for you, pretend to be sick and while you're in the office say "hey, can you measure my bodyfat?"
