Proper form on flat benchpress will work almost your entire pecs. No arching the back, excessive struggling, or bouncing the weight off your chest. Just clean, fluid motion. Aslo make sure the bar touches evenly on your pecs right at the bottom of them, and the upward motion carries the barbell back up over the middle of your chest. That being said, i love Dumbell incline benchpress for my upper chest. You can also do barbell incline benchpress too. You can also do push ups with your feet elevated behind you on a chair or your bed to target your upper chest.

neck bench press is commonly used to isolate upper chest now days. just bring the bar to your neck then straight up.

Incline Cable fly's work great as well. Also try doing your upper chest workout first then normal bench etc.
