Upper vertabrae nuisance

Alright, this morning I was doing lifting weight, shoulders and traps to be exact, and after I finished, maybe like two hours after, my fifth or sixth vertabrae is kinda sore. I don't know if it is the muslce that holds it together or the actual bone that is sore. Its happened before, once, a while back, maybe two years, and it just annoyed me and went away in a couple of days. It only bothers me when I turn my head around. Any thoughts?

Its not my form...because I do the same exercises every time, I think it could have been that sled machine. Maybe the weight was pushing too hard on my shoulders and my spine took the burden, I'm pretty sure that's it now. Thanks for info!

hey, i have the same thing, iv had it for a while mine feels like its sort of locked and when i twsit it t the right its restricted and sore. i went to physio a while back for it, he said it that tissue was caught between the vertabrae and one just has to loosen it with gentle neck stretching and correcting posture.
The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
