Killer traps, arms, and pecs. No back shot? Legs? Anyway, no wonder your friends thought you were on steroids. Much difference bro! EDIT: just wondering bri, have you ever thought of cutting? or you just want to get bigger and stronger? The reason I ask is that you always seem to be oriented towards size and strength, and thus there might be no point cutting. Cutting will most likely make you lose strength.

Thanks fellas. Lately I haven't really been about size. I'm actually not very strict on my diet anymore because I've been so busy lately to really concentrate on that. But I've just been busting my a** training, trying to keep getting stronger and stronger at the same weight. Because of my lack of motivation to keep shoving tons of food down my throat, I'm actually losing a little weight since I keep getting stronger. But basically being strong and 'conditioned' is my major goal.

I wish I were as lenient as you. Seriously, I felt a bit competitive with your lifts at the start of the year but then I went from strength training into cutting and you went from strength training into powerlifting. Quite frankly, I'm thinking 'I SHOULD BE DOING WHAT HE'S DOING!' but aesthetics mean too much to me. Sadly... After I cut up a bit more nicely though, I'm gonna get into some strength training again, then at the end of my summer, gonna bulk like a mad man. :) Enough about me, let's talk about me. :p I'm more jealous about your leniency with diet above anything else. Really great job there buddy, I'm moreso impressed by your Deadlift though. Amazing. You truly are an inspiration to us all. Keep it up.

Thanks guys. I never went into powerlifting though. I train for strength. It's similar to the way a football player trains. Actually, it is the way a football player trains. I'm looking at things in the long-term. Once I have the 495 lb. deadlift, 405 lb. squat, and 315 lb. bench press at the same weight I'm at now. I will be a freaking monster. (5RM's for each lift) I could gain a bunch of weight, and I'd get much stronger much faster, but I want to hit those numbers at my current weight. I'd be a beast if I had those numbers.

I'm not sure about what my 1RM's are, but my 5RM's are: Squat - 265 Deadlift - 360 Bench - 220 OH - 140 Power Clean - 155 I know I can do more, but that's all I've done so far. I deadlifted 360 x 5 yesterday, and it was pretty easy.
