Update after very slow cut - Thursday, August 13, 2009 11:53 AM ( #1 )
So I posted some pics at the beginning of the year, and when I took those pics I was suprised to see how "blown" up I had become. Since then I have been on a half effort cut with some really strict weeks thrown in there here and there. I have gotten onto the diet better in the last 2 weeks. Anyway here's some update pictures, just want your opinions and whether you think I should continue cutting much longer.

Before half hearted cut:

After:

Weight - 190lb
BF% - Unknown
Height - 5'11"
Goals by new year?
ATG Squat - 308lb
Deadlift - 308lb
Bench - 220lb

Aye thankyou :P
I'm at a stage where I'm comfortable with my bf again except the chest fat but that ain't gonna go for a long time lol.
So I'm thinking I get back at try gaining some DECENT size, I'm just worried cause last time I attempted that . . . . well, the before pictures tell that story for me!

Hahaha I dunno what avatar you mean. Suppose the name doesn't help either :P
Just got back from a night out, went sober again. It's not too bad I'm getting used to it now.

figure out your daily caloric maintenance needs.

try eating 100-200 above that for a few weeks and see how it goes, then bump it up as necessary. Add size, but do it cleanly...its going to take awhile so give it some time.

ya agree with the slow slight bumpage of the calories, you are looking pretty lean and healthy though.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm weighing in at under 190lb now so I think I will continue to 180lb. After that I will take your advice and slowly introduce some calories in the form of carbs for a clean bulk!
