http://www.fitnessatlantic.com/ Cool, just got the info on the above competition and it looks like we are going to go and check it out.... nice little getaway for the weekend. Never been to one, so I am exited. A friend from the gym is originally from that area, so we may meet up with him along the way. I haven't goten to much into the link, but there is a section called meet the competitors and I saw a couple of names that I recognized... the bigest one was the writer Ron Harris. I don't know if he is entering this one, or entered past ones, but that's pretty cool... I read his stuff all the time in the mags and he has that great series on BB.com called "A bodybuilder is born". All in all I am looking forward to just doing something different and seeing what this whole thing is all about. If anyone in that area can make it, I heard it's a really cool time. Later.

Sean: I think it's great that you are going to a bodybuilding competition. Absorb it. Watch carefully the posing and stage presence. Check their tans. Watch their individual posing routine. Look for creativity. You will quickly pick out the top three just by watching them hit their poses. I went to my first show last September and got hooked. You will come back and say, "OK, I'm gonna do it." And I will be happy to mentor you, if you want me to. Have a fun, Man.
