I have a quesion about weather or not the goal I am setting for myself is reasonable.
As of today I am 5'10" 158 lbs and my goal is to get up to 190 lbs by Dec 25. At the beginning of the year I trained steadily for about 2 1/2 months and got up to 175 then I pooped out when I started working a LOT of overtime at work. I just got back on track 2 weeks ago and started at 152 lbs. Anyways I want to know if this goal is reasonable with proper training and nutrition (NO STEROIDS!).

Also I am currently on a diet of 3,500 calories a day high in protein and carbs.
Stacking N.O. Xplode, Nitrix, Cell Mass, and Cyto Sport Whey Protein.

That's 32 pounds, which is pretty ambitious. A pound a week is a more reasonable goal.

1 lbs a week is something to be happy with. It's a long process.

Thank you both for your replies. I didnt want to set myself up for dissapointment. I guess 175 is a more reasonable goal. And my 190 lb goal would be set for about april
