Unleashed!

This new book is entitled “Unleashed! How To Naturally Skyrocket Your Testosterone Levels For Massive Muscle Gains…FAST!” and short of the Optimum Anabolics program itself, it’s the most comprehensive guide anywhere for harnessing the body’s natural abilities to raise testosterone levels for increased muscle mass.

My personal opinion is that this ebook isn't bad for a freebie! It does tell you about the Optimum Anabolics program which really is a much more detailed guidebook on how to achieve the things mentioned in this book, but nonetheless, the information on meal timing, rest, exercise sets and reps is very valid when it comes to building the most muscle, in the shortest time without supplements and steroids.

It's an easy to read ebook and it's not too long. Jeff has used a simialr style that I did in my book, that encompasses nice big fonts that read well on the screen, usage of images to break things up and sidebars where it's good to talk about a technique or a particular subject that requires a bit more information. It's a very non-intimidating read.

Testosterone benefits are discussed in detail as well as how the hormone works in your body. There's a very interesting read on page 5-7 that discussed estrogen and it's relation to the male hormone. There is a great picture on page 10 that shows how testosterone is produced. It's very basic. But that's pretty much all you need depending on your level of knowledge.

quote:

Lay off the juice unless you plan on making a play for Mr. Olympia and have a doctor's guidance

As you can see, Jeff pulls no punches. He tells it like it is.

Page 16, Jeff explains why doing squats will help you get a bigger chest and larger biceps. It's the same thing that CPL has written about and nobody seems to get the concept. How can doing squats make my arms bigger? Read page 16 and find out.

I'm in the process of reviewing the full Optimum Anabolics program in another thread. But here's a fitness ebook that is worth the read and guess what...it won't cost you a thing!

There's 15 chapters in this 42 page eBook and they cover things like:

Effects of Stress
Exercise Considerations
Dietary Fat Intake
Effects of Alcohol
Workout Considerations
Meal Timing
Supplements
Rest Considerations

It's hard not to recommend a book that discusses topics that are covered here daily. And regardless of the fact that it does talk about the program Jeff sells, there's still a whole lot of valuable information here that would benefit anybody just to give it a read. Smile

I read the ebook or should i say skimmed through it. There are too many shameless plugs to get you to get the Optimum Anabolics program, but overall is a good start for beginners. There wasnt anything in the book that was new from what i have read elsewhere or already knew. It felt more as a marketing ploy to buy the other program, however there is good information here to digest. As you said, Its not bad for a freebie.

Yeah. I'm kinda pissed that I wasted my time reading it. I knew half way through this file that I was going to be sold something. Seems like the new tactic is to talk about "All the failed lifting programs" out there and how they've failed, then tell the reader that "They have the true secret". It's irritating. Maybe it's just me, or it's the battle I just had with my imaginary enemy has me alllll pumped on testosterone and maybe that's just making me feel agressive. ::roll eyes::

I do appreciate DB putting up the information regardless. It's nice to have a source to go through to make up your own mind about.

I'll tell you one thing. Getting testimonial is *HARD* as hell. Seems like the forum is the greatest place to discuss such things. Even with my own book, I have sold double digit copies. And yet, when I asked for honest feedback, I get 1 response. Which happens to be from a past vendor buddy who knows me.

You'd think people would respond.

But they don't.

Which is why this particular forum is so damn important. The only testimonial you see is:

1) Paid for
2) On sales pages
3) By people who are selling the book anyway

Now I'll be honest. I do affiliate with the books that are up here. But I have come to the conclusion that it's better to be honest and have people simply return the book or say it sucked then to call you out for blatant lying.

But for newbies, it's good to know if there really are decent resources out there that might help them.

Burn the Fat as an example is a damn good book. And all the reviews I see are teasers and such. I think the review I did might have been overkill...but I'll be dammed if it's not the most comprehensive review of that book you'll find on the net...ANYWHERE.

:( Haven't bought your book yet Marc. I definately plan on it "The Beginners Guide" is definately on my list simply because I've seen the information you provide. You give out alot for free and it's good information. I'll definately post a review when I can afford to get myself a copy.

I'm sooo way behind on this but I just got around to reading this. Decent for beginners but it simply points out a few well known facts then leads you to buy the OA program as expected.
