Hey, so recently a friend of mine gave me 44 pak container of Universal Animal Pak. Probably ganna start taking it. I was just wondering if anyone has tried this product and had good results. I know its a Serious Multi Vit, so does that mean i should stop taking my regular Multi? Also wondering when in the day should i start taking it? Any feedback would be great, thanx!

Its a good multi. I take mine after breakfast. You only need one pack a day, you dont need to be taking your other multi as well.

Yeah, lots of pills, I try and do it in 2-3 handfuls. the smell dosnt bother me.

How is this?, I dont have to get over the smell, because I like the way it smells, lol. Seriously though, it smells like vitamins, if you get your other multi and combined it with like 4 other brands, it would smell like apak, cause thats what apak is, a bunch of frikin vitamins.

ahaha yeah thats true, how can you like the smell! But yeah its not like to can taste it or anything so whatever. This seems more than a multivitamin, is it? like kind of a little energy boost.

redjeep, you take it after breakfast? do you workout in the mornings? its says to take 45 min after your last meal before training. i was wondering if you have to stick to that or could i just take them in the morning even though i train in the evening?

I take mine before breakfast, or after ...as long as it is with food your fine. I workout in the afternoon and in the evenings. It is not ment to be taken preworkout or anything unless that happens to be in the morning , universal has plenty of products they want you to take then (preWO) , lol.
