Hi everyone. I'm 20 and I've been training for about 1 year now. I'm still adjusting my workout to suit me but I think that hanging around here will probably teach me a thing or two.
Anyway, my question is this, is it normal for one side of my body to be more sore than the other? Or am I doing something wrong?

Hmmm, the only way i think that can happen is if you work one side more than the other due to uneven strengths

if your left arm for example can only do 6 reps-only do 6 reps with the right arm, even if you know you can do more with your left, go with your weakest for even working, not strongest for uneven working, other than that i cant think of a reason for it.
Thats right guys, sugars in fruits are bad, they are simple sugars which will make you FAT, I mean we all know monkeys eat mainly fruit and look! THEYRE VERY FAT!
Site will be up soon it didnt like me copying and pasting for some strange reason

It's strange because it happens even when I do things like squats and calf raises.
Thanks for the help.
