Hello. This is my first post so let me introduce myself. I'm 18, and plan on joining the Navy next year. I will be joining for Navy Diving. I have searched all over the net for Dive training programs, but I'm always pointed to Navy Seal Training programs. I assume it will benefit me either way. The reason I'm making a post here is because I'm underweight. Two things holding me back from joining now. I'm still under the supervision of a civilian doctor (surgery) and I'm not ready physically. I'm 6'0 and 118 pounds. I have done everything in my power to gain weight and muscle. I work out on a regular basis , but the muscle stays the same and in the same general areas (Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, legs, etc.). I don't have body fat on my back or chest so I have yet to gain muscle in these two main areas. I have seen my doc. about medication but the 1 she has prescribed me only made me tired.. I have now looked into supplements. I went to my local GNC and talked to a guy who told me to purchase Gakic Leukic and Creakic. I came home did some homework on the supplements, and decided I should buy it, if anything it will help me. Now I'm having second thoughts that it has not worked for some people. Me being underweight will I experience no weightgain or muscle growth? Also the guy at GNC told me that Leukic makes what you gain "permenant". Meaning you won't lose what you worked for if you stop taking the supplement as long as you continue working out. Is this true about Leukic? Also in the 15 Day package I bought it gives me a nutrition schedule for a 200 pound bodybuilder. How could I modify this to 120 pounds? My goal is to enlist in 10months, and weigh at least 130-140. All tips and help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Austin *EDITED* I plan on starting this stuff in August. From what I read you have to be a big eater. I can eat 5-6 small meals a day but not like they are being described in threads and on the net. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder (my body probably wont let me.). I have been underweight pretty much my whole like and I'm just trying to find a way to give my body a boost. I would like to gain weight more than anything. Since Gakic, Leukic, and Creakic demand a big 6 meal diet should I return this stuff for something else? If so what should I get?

If you can't get 5-6 meals in a day, don't worry about it. Just EAT! Eat a lot! That sounds like your problem right now.
