hey i workout regularly, i do judo 3 times a week and muay thai 3 times a week(lots of cardio) anyways let me cut to the chase im 15 5'11 145 pounds, ive lost weight and have really toned muscle under a thing layer of fat on my abs and back.. What would be the best way to get rid of it lots of cardio and abs? Also This is mainly what im posting about, I lost weight and now my nipples are big(size of a toonie)and it looks messed up with my chest what chest excersises should i do to even it out?

bench presses and HIIT cardio..

Alright, the nipple thing, its all your genes man, you cant shrink your nipple size maybe a plastic surgen can help you out with that :P

As far as the layer of fat goes, thats obviously got something to do with your Nutrition, your obviously getting more then enough cardio, all that fighting 6 days a week. So you need to get organized and watch what you eat, im pretty sure you just eat anything that you like, being 15 years old and all. Tell us what you eat daily. If you need, go to the nutrition forum and post what you eat, we'll tell you what to take out and what to put in.
