ok so i satarted my training yesterday and i will try to remember what i did yesterday and i will also what i did today. i have been working out but i took 2 weeks off. i was in red bluff training my uncle,then got back and got lazy. but i am back into it now and i would love commentary on my workouts and help if u think i need it, ok well here go's yesterday: ran 2.5 miles for a warm up flat bench dumbells-10 reps-80, 8 reps -100, 6 reps-110 flat bench dumbell flies-10 reps-25, 10 reps-30, 10 reps-40 cant remember the rest of my chest work out bicep triset incline dumbell curls-10 reps 2 seconds up 5 seconds down-20 lbs seated hammer twist curls 10 reps- 2 seconds up 5 seconds down-20 lbs seated preacher curls-10 reps- 2 seconds up 5 seconds down-65lbs trade offs curls- 65 lbs- i did 1,3,5,7,9,9,7,5,3,1 reps cant remember the rest of it today- ran 2.15 miles in 15 minutes pullups 5 on my own-10 with 40 pounds assitance-8 with 40 lbs assistnace seated inner back pulls-10 reps of 55-10 reps of 100-10 reps of 140 seated puter grip back pulls- 10 reps of 55- 10 reps of 70- 10 reps of 80 knee on bench dumbell back pulls-10 reps of 50-10 reps of 60-10 reps 70 dumbell back flies-10 reps of 25lbs-10 reps of 30 lbs- 10 reps of 30lbs standing tricep dumbell extension-10 reps of 55lbs-10 reps of 70 lbs-10 reps of 80 lbs skull crushers-10 reps of 40-10 reps of 60- 6 reps of 80 inner grip dips 3x10 i had a tremendous pump today my whole upper body felt awesome i got legs tommorrow uh oh i might puke
