I used Twinlab's "Super Gainers Fuel" before. I can't find it on their webpage though so I don't know what's the deal here, but anyway: The ingredients include maltodextrin as the first ingredient followed by a parenthesis which says "complex carbohydrate". Pardon the French but what the **** is this ****? Maltodextrin has a GI value of 150 or so, hardly a complex carbohydrate. So, what's the deal, anybody knows?

(The gainer I use now also includes maltodextrin, which is why I am concerned.)
