Twice a week bodyparts?

Guys,
Which one of these muscles can be safely hit TWICE a week?

1. Back
2. Chest
3. Legs (Including  calves)
4. Shoulders
5. Bi's
6. Tri's
7. Abs

For the ones that can be hit twice a week safely, can both the day be of equal intensity? or one light and followed by one hard workout?

Would you ever under any circumstance hit a muscle group 3 times a week? Or is that a big NO NO?

i do chest/back/calves/abs 3 times a week

maxes and goals
bench - need to remax
goal bench - 405

squat - need to remax
goal squat - 500

deadlift - need to remax
goal deadlift - 500
weight -174.8 8%bf

Just listen to your body. If you think that you are ready to train a particular body part, just do it.

started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs)
current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

I believe you can work any muscles twice a week without any problem. Just make sure you sleep and eat enough for a good recovery in between.

I would not go as far as 3 times a weeks but again, some people can do it, some don't. I personally can't.

As the squirrel said, listen to your body, make sure you are not asking yourself too much.

Sometimes by wanting too much we go passed the pleasure and start living with obligation which leads to discouragement.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
