Ingredients 1  8-ounce carton vanilla yogurt 1  teaspoon finely shredded orange peel 1  11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained, or 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned 1-1/2  cups cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon 1-1/2  cups halved strawberries 2  7-ounce cans solid white tuna, drained and coarsely flaked    Leaf lettuce 1/4  cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions
1.
In a large bowl stir together vanilla yogurt and orange peel. Add orange sections, cantaloupe or honeydew melon, and strawberries. Toss gently to coat. Add tuna. Toss lightly again. 2. To serve, line four salad plates with lettuce. Arrange tuna mixture on the lettuce-lined plates. Sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4 servings.
