This is the simple, but delicious recipe to tuna carrot sandwich:

1. Put drained tuna in bowl
2. Cut up baby carrots on plate and put into bowl with tuna
3. Get some real mayonnaise and put a tablespoon of it into the bowl
4. Mix all the goodstuff together
5. Toast 2 pieces of bread
6. Put tuna mixed with carrots and mayonnaise on one side of bread and fold sandwich
7. Enjoy!

Its a simple recipe, which contains around 36 grams of protein and around 35 grams of carbs. Its very good before or after workouts.Smile

Is this with a 6 oz can o' tuna, I assume packed in water?   How many baby carrots do you like to use?

I'd recommend whole grain bread, or sprouted grain, if you can find it.  I like the real mayonnaise--there's stuff on the market now actually made with good oils (e.g., canola, olive), so it's less "sinful". Smile

Ya its one of those little cans packed in water. I like to use like 6 baby carrots. Overall this is a really good fast sandwich to make.

oo it sounded lovely til you got to mayonnaise, i like it with burgers but it ruins tuna, I love soaking tuna in sunflower oil, and literally drowning it in vinegar....god im salivating.
