Tuna with Salsa

Due to the fact that I personally can't stand Tuna by itself, I usually put Salsa on it. Anyone else do it?

heck yeah, man... that's a college boy's every meal, lol... you should try adding cottage cheese to that... oh man. It's healthy and tastes outstanding...

Cottage cheese with the tuna and salsa? Or just the tuna? I'll give it a go. About 40g's of protein from what it sounds like. :-)

It tastes pretty good with just cottage cheese and tuna, but if you do all three with the right mix, it's awesome... I cant stand just plain cottage cheese, so that's what I always do when i eat it (which is ALL the time at college, lol)

Thanks man. I'll definately have to try that. Even though this is highly unacceptable to most bodybuilders, I used to put Cinnamon in my Cottage Cheese....it was fantastic. Not as fantastic as Bannana's though.

Cinnamon and bananas? I'll have to try that. I've tried cinnamon, bananas, grapes, apple slices, chili pepper (not...a...good...idea...lol), grape jelly, peanut butter, and cherrys. But never cinnamon with bananas.

no he meant cottage cheese and banana and thats alright but ive found by far the best ways to make cottage cheese is with banana or cinnamon BUT u need to add a sweetener to it. splenda and stevia are the best, its really good..try it. i should try that tuna/salsa/cottage cheese mix but it doesnt sound too good, i think theres much better tasting meals u could make. do u heat that up so the cheese melts?
