OK hopefully I can get some responses on this. I find myself to be a very confused boy. Here's whats goin on. I want to gain about 20 pounds of muscle. I am a 20 year old male, 170ish pounds 6'1"... blue eyes... I like walks on the beach.. (oh, wait... never mind on those last two) Anyway, I basically am trying to get a nicer looking body cuz I think it would make me more confident (I've had good results so far with what little I have accomplished). The thing is I really just want to get big fast. I've been thinking about doing M1T and doing as much research as I possibly could. Basically I would rather go naturally, but unless I could find a way to gain at least 2 pounds a week... I dunno. Anyway what I'm doing right now to try to gain is 3 workouts a week (different muscle groups each time) I am trying to get about 250 g's protein and about 4000-4500 calories. I can definately get up to 250 grams of protein but I have NO idea how the heck i'm supposed to get 4000 calories without eating junk food. (I don't. I drink no soda, eat no sugar, etc... I don't even eat out) I looked at some weight gain powder that was low in sugar (20 g sugar per serving. 1280 calories or so) but it was like 30 bucks for 8 servings. I think if I'm gonna spend that kind of money I might as well just go with M1T. Of course there are problems there too. I mean I am still just 20. I don't wanna grow boobs (Would be getting some 6-OXO for sure) then just go to maintenance. If my problem is just my diet let me know. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum... there didnt seem to be any PH discussion allowed in the other forums. Anyone who wishes to help, its greatly appreciated. Thanks Terr

I am no expert on PH's, but you may want to learn how to walk before running as far as your diet and supplements go. M1T doesn't exactly sound like a beginner supplement as it appears to be very harsh on your body. I am really curios about it as well, but then again I have gotten good results with eating 6 meals a day using supplements like Creatine, Glutamine and a Multi-Vitamin. Speaking from my own experience, (You can catch my PH exploits in a previous post) you should really get the other factors down pat before jumping into the quick and sure fure way to get big. From the boards that I have researched on M1T it seems like a lot of complaints about sides... doesn't exactly sound like a beginner PH to try. What about 1-AD and 4-AD, something like that?? Even when I jumped into beginner PH use I thought that I did all the research... I thought to myslef, "How much can happen, it's legal?" Well, my body didn't react so well to the cycles I tried. Definetely have a Anti-E precation on hand like the PH Q and A says. Don't know how long you have been working out, but I can relate to being tall and thin. When I graduated high school I was like 6' 140lbs or so. I gradually filled out a little bit, started working out and saw decent gains... But it wasn't until I started to eat 6 meals a day (With a GOOD Breakfast) that I started gaining quality weight. I am 26 now and I weigh around 222, but three or so years ago I was in the 185lbs range... So, all I can suggest is things that worked for me... 4 days a week workouts... 6 meals a day... a really good postworkout drink emediately after your workouts (I took Myoplex MASS for a couple of years)... Creatine, Glutamine and a Multi-Vitamin... try to stay under an hour working out... just find a cheep protein source you like, mine used to be canned tuna (99cents a can) Can't go wrong. Don't know if any of these suggestions have helped, but my two cents would be stay away from the PH use until you know your body a little better and are able to get natural gains... plus at your age, your T-Levels should be through the roof!!! Later.

I agree with weaponX, don't mess with M1T- But to take it even further, don't even bother with PH's at all right now. It sounds like you haven't been working out long, you should really wait and see what your body's capable of doing without them for right now- Even if you've made the decision to use PH's, it's still a good idea to start out natural for a while- If anything, just so you'll be able to tell how much of your gains come from their use.

sounds solid. I am currently getting rid of all my fatty foods (yeh big chore... :-) I do definately like tuna sandwiches and stuff and I have a ton of tuna (I work at a a grocery store and get 10% of that brand so one time it went on sale for like 39 cents for a 6 oz. can and I bought about 50 or 60 of them) I'm still trying to find some other really good lean protein type stuff. I will definately be getting a major portion of my diet from Tuna Eggs Lean Beef B/S Chicken breasts I am completely cutting out all eating out (no more pizza even. Which is tough cuz i'm a college student and my roomies get it all the time.) I really really just wanna see gains fast. OK so thanks to all now onto perfecting my diet and workout. Terr

This sounds like you are in the exact situation as me... Except that I already started to take m1t. I have 6oxo on hand tho. I've only taken it for 2 days.. Will that effect my natural levels at all, or would it be okay to stop altogether right now and wait a few months to see if my natural eating habits change my weight gaining problems? I'm really tempted to just continue the cycle until I see negative effects, and then finish off with 6oxo.. I mean, I dont really care what I can do Naturally. I'm not in this for competition or anything. And If I can get away safely with doing m1t whats the problem? Wont my natural test levels go back once I take 6oxo?

You might want to hear from someone more knowledgable about PH's than me, but I don't think there should be a problem with stopping after only a couple of days. You know, everyone wants to get quick results, but most people seem to think they can rely on supps to do the work for them- (I'm not saying you guys in particular, but on a thread like this I think it needs to be said for the benefit of others who might read it.) The bottom line is, most of your gains will come from your eating and training habits, not some supp. We do get a lot of beginners here who want to jump right into taking prohormones and all kinds of other supps without giving their own bodies a chance to shine- In fact, I've seen quite a few who just take the supps and don't bother changing their diet that much. Their gains suck, and then they end up trashing the supps for lack of gains. Even if you have your mind made up that you want to take these things, I would still advise that you get used to a bulking diet first, just to get your body into the swing of things and to develop the good habit of eating that way- Eat well for six months or so while training hard, make all the gains you can from it, get your beginner gains out of the way, and then start the PH's. What's the harm in that? Everyone wants fast gains- Well, with the right diet and training, you'd be surprised at the gains you'd get in four to six months just from that.
