OK here is some background information about me i am 5'9" 158lbs. I have been working out for over 6 months now with little weight gain or fat loss. I currently work out 3 times a week doing my chest, arms, and abs on separate days. My goal is to define my chest and define my abs. My chest is coming along good. i got the overall chest build with the lower and outer pecs coming better than my inner. What can i do to get that defined line between my two pecs to the point where i could hold a pencil in between my pecs?haha

More importantly i'm trying to get my abs back. i used to always have 6pack abs but now i only have 4 but only 2 of them are "really" defined right under my pecs. I think my problem is that i have this thin layer of fat around my belly button area that is hiding my wonderful abs.
Is there anything i can do to lose this fat around my belly button area and keep building muscle at the same time? i don't want to sacrifice my intense weight training muscles and lose needed nutrients for muscle growth by doing intense cardio...

My goal is to be 175lbs in a couple months with a big, defined chest and ripped abs ASAP..
Im turning 21 and going to cancun for spring break. I want to be ripped by the beginning of march. Willing to do anything!!!!
I started to take different supplements a month ago and have seen the most change in my overall build, especially my chest.

SUPPLEMENTS
Wake up and take Anavol,3grams creatine mono, 1500mg of l-glutamine
2 Mega Mens sport Vitamins everyday with a meal
4 meals a day with around 150g of protein per day
WORKOUT DAYS ONLY
1 hr before workout 1 Muscle Milk shake
15min before workout NO-xplode with 3g creatine, multi-vita, 750mg l-glutamine, 3g l-leucine all mixed together with CarbSlam waxy maize starch
(workout 1 hr)
Immediately after workout- cellmass drink with 4g l-leucine, 3g creatine mono, 1500mg l-glutamine all mixed with carbslam
15-20min after workout 100% whey protein
Cellmass before sleep
BEFORE I GO TO BED
Centrum multi-vita, Muscle milk shake with 3g creatine

Is there anything you guys would change/add/mix about my supplements?

Hey buddy I know cutting can be hard especially after bulking....

there is a proper way to cut and with what im going to tell you have in some cases had people loose 50 lbs of fat within 66 days......!

I know that seems crazy but it has happened and I will tell you the basic formula below

- Eat 1,500 calories a day! add 100 - 300 if you are above 6'2"

- Drink non calorie drinks with NO CAFFEINE!!!!

- Stick with whole grains that list as the first ingredient: whole, sprouted or cracked grain.

- Utilize "Super Hydration"

- Incoporate High Intensity Training 3 times a week ( Full Body Plan )

Routine

1. Leg press machine or barbell squat
2. Straight arm pullover with one dumbell
3. Bench press with barbell
4. Biceps curl with barbell
5. Trunk curl on floor

* Only perform one set of these excercises at high intensity meaning you should only be able to complete 10 with the weight you choose and if you can get to 12 up the weight and start the process again

Good luck man!

*NOTE take these as they are a guideline if you feel you have no energy in the gym up your calories as needed just dont go overboard and stick to it goodluck
