5-9-05 Chest and Abs 155x4 Flat Bench (not including other sets) 135x8 Decline Bench (not including other sets) Decline Crunches w/ a 45 lb plate 25 reps. (not including other sets) Nice workout today.

Oh forgot about this, 5/19/06 Biceps and Abs Flat bar curls, 65x7 (3 sets) Hammer Curls 30sx8 (3 sets) EZ Bar curls 70x6 (3 sets) Incline Crunches w/ a 45 lb plate 25 reps. (not including other sets) Cross Cable Crunches 110x6 (2 sets) Crunches on machine 137.5lbsx8 reps Weighted leg lifts 15lbsx8 Leg lifts on dip machine, 20 reps

5/22/06 Legs Squats 265x10 (not including warm up) Leg Press 360x7 (not including warm up) Seating Calf Raises 90x12 Leg Curls 80x7 (not including warm up) Decent workout, hard to walk up stairs

5/23/06 Chest and Abs Flat Bench 135x9 Flat Bench 155x33 Decline Bench 135x8 Incline pushups 3 sets of 15 on handles Abs incline crunches with 45 2 sets of 15, then 10 twists up top Ab Machine 137.5x6 Leg Lifts 3 sets of 15 Laying down leg raises with 20 lbs resting on legs, 2 sets of 8

Sat 5/28 Biceps Triceps Calves Curls (Flat Bar, Hammer dumbbells, and ez bar curls) 3 sets of each ~60lbs Lying Tricep Extension, Cable pulldown, overhead tricep press, (2-3 sets of each) ~50lbs Seating and Standing Calf raises Solid workout, exhaustion
