135x8 Decline Bench (not including other sets)
Decline Crunches w/ a 45 lb plate 25 reps. (not including other sets)

Nice workout today.

Biceps and Abs
Flat bar curls, 65x7 (3 sets)
Hammer Curls 30sx8 (3 sets)
EZ Bar curls 70x6 (3 sets)

Incline Crunches w/ a 45 lb plate 25 reps. (not including other sets)
Cross Cable Crunches 110x6 (2 sets)
Crunches on machine 137.5lbsx8 reps
Weighted leg lifts 15lbsx8
Leg lifts on dip machine, 20 reps

Seating Calf Raises 90x12
Leg Curls 80x7 (not including warm up)

Decent workout, hard to walk up stairs

Incline pushups 3 sets of 15 on handles

Abs incline crunches with 45 2 sets of 15, then 10 twists up top
Ab Machine 137.5x6
Leg Lifts 3 sets of 15
Laying down leg raises with 20 lbs resting on legs, 2 sets of 8

Lying Tricep Extension, Cable pulldown, overhead tricep press, (2-3 sets of each) ~50lbs
Seating and Standing Calf raises

Solid workout, exhaustion
