Only 10 pull ups dang. I would probably struggle on the running part, 8 minute 1.5 miles would be tough for me, never been a very good runner.

8:08 1.5 miles? Thay makes all the other things look easy, that's like a sub 5 mile..I could definitly do pullups and situps 75 strict form pushups is pretty hard I probably couldn't do more than 50-60 good ones.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

running and the pull-ups are cake for me.  the pushups and situps would suck.  i have no muscle endurance whatsoever.

good luck! i'm sure you can do it.

I would probably need an EMT somewhere in the middle of the run, Its only recently that I have ever really "run" in my life since I was home schooled since grade one though highschool, more so in the last few months have I even started running properly for endurence!
I go beyond the pushups/situps/pullups though, I think it was 17 pullups being my best effort set, dead hang, but not 00B3R strict about them being dead hang. Got the pullups using a combination of hard work, Armstrong, messing around, doing both close grip chinups and normal grip pullups, losing more weight, staying hydrated, etc, got to do them and be persistant about it.

Guys in that forum might be able to give you some deeper wisdom and advice.

It will work, or I'm done dieting.

I could run the 1.5 miles no prob and the pull-ups and crunches but the push-ups wouldn't happen.

Persistence and hydration are important with pullups, I'm not so sure about body comp or weight. One must put forth some work to get 8-10 pullups, however, I find that 13-18 is a grind... at least while trying to cut.

Get angry with the pullups... ANGER!!!
