True Mass AND Cytogainer?
-

Alright well I'm new to this but here it goes, I'm 18 years old, 140 pounds. I must gain as much weight as I can by November. I don't know much about what supplements to take but I've talked to a few people and everyone says either Cytogainer or True Mass. Which one is better? Should I take them together? I was thinking of taking True Mass around breakfast time and NO-Xplode as pre-work out and Cytogainer as a post work out.. Would that work? Please let me know!

both are good just pick one you dont need both and for breakfast id tried to get some real food down but if u cant, truemass/cytogainer will be fine i prefer no supplements preworkout i just eat food but its up to you according to some it can be counter productive since u are acutally trying to put on weight and most pre workout drinks are stimulants and that = more calories burned.. and as far as postworkout cytogainer/truemass will be fine but whole food is always best!

Yea dude, eat lots more food. But good food. Invest in some bulk bags of rice, and pasta. and make sure to get plenty of good fats and proteins. As far as the gainers go, you can make your own. Whey+peanut butter+oatmeal makes a very good homemade gainer.

Eat more, but make them clean foods! Also note that studies show that in order to build muscle, you must get at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight every day! For you, I'd try to push for 200g protein a day, EVERY day!
