Sure- Do you have any idea how many calories you're getting per day with that sort of diet? It looks pretty good at a glance, but if you're falling short of how many calories you really need, you still won't see many gains. To find out how many calories are in that meal plan, go to Fitday.com and use their nutrition database to enter those foods- They'll tell you how many calories are in it, and what sort of protein/carb/fat percentages are contained in everything.
Next, head to the top of our nutrition forum and look for a post about calorie calculators. Use the info in there to find out how many calories your body really needs in order to grow.
Having said all that, six weeks really isn't a very long time at all- It takes time for your body to respond to a major change in diet and routine. Usually, you'll see strength gains at first, followed by some size- At about the three month mark, you should really notice an actual visible difference- To the point where others are starting to comment on your size.

I agree with the reply.  I need an extra 1,000 calories a day due to my training.  I always get paranoid about how much I eat throughout the day though.  That seems normal.  I need around 3,400 calories a day for my body to keep functioning, according to all of these calorie calculators.  So, I take in around 4,400.  The amount of lifting and running I do burn off that 1,000 calories I add to my recommended intake.  Gains have been slow at first, but with patience comes results.  I agree with the three month mark also.  I was getting frustrated at first.  Cusing around about how I am not getting any bigger arms.  My lifts were going up in weight, but without the mass.  Three month mark, size is noticeable now.  Persistance pays off.  I like that part.
