Im starting this journal because someone insulted me today and it lite a spark under my a** (started a fire) They called me slow Smile

I know im slow but if i had the speed behind my power i'd be alot better

ok enough ranting

Im gonna start this journal in a few weeks


Im 6'2 192 lbs and 14% bf


I think I have a pretty good idea of a lifting routine for me but speed is my problem


any one can help from a routine that will get my alot faster and powerful by August
