hi , i have slim arms. my biceps are bigger then triceps , i am strong i guess but i would like to see my triceps become huge and bulky with definition, i can see my horseshoe shape starting but i need to get advice on how to get my triceps pushed up . i guess like a mountain. thank you for any advice you can give me my inner tricep is just now starting to bulge a lil bit not much. i know there are 3 parts to the tricep.

Hey p;

Since the triceps consists of 2/3's of your upper arm, it is important to build this area up to compliment the biceps.
Here's 4 good exercises that may help you out.
 
BB/DB Tricep Extensions
Close Grip Bench Press
Close Grip Cable Pushdowns
Parallel Dips
 
NOTE: You can also combine the Tri Ext and CGBP. Once you bring the BB back to your chest level after the extension, just press the BB up. Great exercise.
