Tricep Problems. need some help

i recently went to my football practice and did a couple new painful exercises and i was cool afterwards, but when i woke up the next day mu tricep muscle couldnt bend. as in i could not bend my arm without the muscle pulling or sumthing...i have already missed 1 day of practice and am gonna miss another one today. its been 3 days including today since i have had this problem. can some1 help me? thanks... OH and by the way i am pretty sure its not a torn muscle because there was no pop or anything. but yea i cant bend my arm all the way. i can barely bend it half way.

well...they made us do 4 sets of blueskys and 4 sets of push ups. non stop. so east set had like 20. so 80 blue skys and 80 push ups nonstop. and it still hurts cause i have been usin my hand alot

lol blue skys are when you put you bend on your knees, put your hands outside your legs and jump up as high as you can and end up back in same position you landed in. really tires out your legs and makes push ups harder as the arm muscles pull into action. so ya...
