Niox4ever - Thanks for the comments dude!!! I plan to cut for 12 weeks total and am now 10 weeks out. I bulked from November until the begining of March. Currently I have only dropped my cal intake by 200 and am losing a steady 1.5 pounds per week which is nice and steady. This should take me to my aim by the end of my cut. I may have to change things about though to keep the loss at 1.5 pounds per week. Mda1125 - Thanks very much for the comments, definitely appreciated. Hopefully I can get the back looking even wide as my waist shrinks down. Currently 35 inches and dropping!!!

Hi OEL503, I have not lost any strength so far but we will see how that goes. I will no doubt have to drop my poundage a little. This does not worry me as it is expected. I have some sort of bug the other day which had me throwing up and forced me to lose 2 gym sessions and I didn't eat for a whole day apart from a bowl of soup. This may have put me backa little but as of today the diet will be back on track!!!
