Hi, ok so im 183~ tall and my weight is around 85kilo, no im not fat.
I made a topic before which can be found here: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Training_Question_in_need_of_help/m_400265/tm.htm
My question is i been training like that for 2weeks, (i know that might not be enough) but only difference is i lost some weight and "baby fat" around my face, more.. "tight" body?
But well how long does it take to gain a sixpack^^? I mean im not happy with the result. I thought i would see a bigger difference after 2 weeks. Sure the difference IS visible pretty much but not enough:P
I am a vegetarian i eat soy & egg daily
No im not on any type of diet except i dont eat candy / fast food or drink any kind soda's
I sleep on sundays & sometimes wendsdays
Also i dont train at gym all my training is at home on the floor.
Also one of my friends told me i need to go to gym to gain a sixpack & real muscle's :S is that true? cause i cant really afford a gym card.
Also could anyone tell me how to train chest muscle's properly :)?
hahaha this is what i was just talking about
dude, 2 weeks is NOTHING. i bet you're doing the same workout and bodyparts everyday, right?
sorry, but these make me sick. those guys at the gym that LIVE next to the ab machines. and the guys that come in, bench, do some curls, walk over to the ab machines, then leave. only to come back and do the same thing the next day.
I dont train at a gym, i train at home as i said.
>dude, 2 weeks is NOTHING. i bet you're doing the same workout and bodyparts everyday, right?
Yea :O except now haven't trained for 2 days now due to sickness:(
But i train pushups both military and with hands in middle, situps with legs in air, running, and 7kg .. .. i don't know the English word for it but those iron things u got in hand.
I cant afford gymcard yet^^

You just started training 2 weeks ago. Don’t expect a sixpack any time soon. Tight abs are hard to get and easy to lose. It is mainly a matter of diet anyway. Decrease the soy protein, increase the egg protein. BTW: I recommend sleeping every day, not just Sundays and sometimes Wednesdays.
I sleep everyday 9-11 hours but when i said sleeping i mean i don't train^^:D
>Decrease the soy protein, increase the egg protein. Why? Isn't soy good? i heard somewhere its like 60% protein and i heard it on this forum.
Btw i drink egg's everymorning before i train but a vegetarians main consumation is soy so it will be hard to decrease it.. :O
But yesterday my friend told me that pushups and situps wont make any diffrence and that i
NEED a gym to get the result i want. But sure he must be wrong? our trainers at boxing looks like they are made out of muscle and they tell us situps and pushups are good and easy.
Anyways boomersooner1331 could you give me some tips please? thanks :)
