Training frequency?
-
Sunday, July 13, 2008 6:20 PM
Which training frequency works better for building muscle: 3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-DAY training routines? Edit: The reason i ask is because i've heard that less training but harder workouts gives time for your muscles to rest while training lighter but more frequently can be better for endurance, and many more rumors that are contradictory to each other. So which of the above options would be best and why?

ORIGINAL: jonb112303 watever works for u man, experiment...theres so many threads on this already exactly whatever works for you bro.but personaly i like working out 2-3 times a week instead of once. and also it sounded like what you were getting at was more frequent workouts with less sets vs. less workouts with more sets. doing more workouts with less sets would help hypertrophy which would help you gain size btw..
Football season so won't be on here as much.
