Can someone make up a training plan/ nutrition for me? I am a determined 5 foot 4, 95 pound 13 year old. I would like someone to make a plan for me. I would like it to be pretty specific. Like how many minutes and the exact name of the excersise. Thanks. Equipment I have: Big ball to stretch on, dumbells, and a mini trampoline. Thanks.
