Hi, i'm new to this forum so HI to everyone.

I've just started on simple weight lifting, my arm muscles are growing and becoming more defined, same with my stomach and my pecs! lol

Anyway, i was wondering if anyone had a moderate body building program.
I don't want 2 get really big and muscley I would just like to be well defined and healthy.

I am preety slim but i do have some fat around my stomach area, so idealy i would like to lose the fat and built up my muscle.

Thanx 4 reading anyway

bye

alright, they say losing fat and gaining muscle is extremely hard, almost impossible for a teen because they are irresponsible. But you said your lean and you only got some fat around your stomach area so thats not really losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. if you have a fast matobolism, the fat will go away when you start working out and watching what you eat.

check out this post for a basic, just starting out, routine:

As far as programs go, there's really no such thing as a moderate one- It's all about what you put into it that counts. The types of food you put into your system, and how much of them you eat really determines the physique you'll have. For example, you can lift heavy weights for four to six reps in an attempt to get big, but if you're not eating big, you'll never get there. On the other hand, you can lift light weights for high reps, but if you're eating like an animal, you're still going to get big.
Bottom line- Check out the nutrition forum for info on how and what you should eat- Figure out your daily caloric needs to stay more or less the same size you are now (There's a thread near the top of the nutrition forum to help with that) Then set yourself up with a nice program and work from there.
Welcome to DB!

my 8pack took me no time, im lucky when it comes to abs.

first, can you tell me if you have a fast metabolism or not? the cardio question depends on that

second, you need to eat that much, but if were you, i'd stay away from the supplements

more reps and lighter weight is for endurance, it will get you more defined, it might even help you get rid if of the fat; and less reps and heavier weight will get you bigger muscles and will get you stronger.

The sets need to stay the same

yea, like cpl said, the way you eat is very important, check out the nutrition forum. Eating right is more complicated then working out
