This week i havent been the the gym once. Had lots of deadlines and lots of work etc. For some reason, so many things have been messin up for me recently: - sleep
- women
- work
- patience
- general mental things
Is this somethin about being a teenager? I seem to rely on exercise so much to keep me calm and have things in order. Anyone else get this? i seemed to have gone fairly insane this week, I think im just ready for my xmas holiday

Welcome to the lovely years of hormones and bad decisions. For me, the gym is my second home.

I had the same problem, with the exams, presentations and major deadlines I couldn't go to gym. So not going once, twice and then I decided to not go the rest of the week to let my body recover and finish my work. On those days I had so much energy and I didn't know what to do with it, even though studying should take most of my energy I still had surplus energy by the end of the day and I wanted to do something physically active. Then when I hit the gym again, I would go up in weight, regain those loses and get back on track. It's a sudden change in routine that leaves all the energy in you with no use.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts! Age: 18 Height: 5' 7" Weight: 162 lb Current Status: Strength Training (Max-OT)
