Training for stamina - Sunday, July 02, 2006 2:16 AM ( #1 )
I am currently training for stamina for soccer, and I run on the treadmill at 9kmph for 45minutes, then a low 5 minutes warm down jog/walk. Is there any negatives to doing this everyday? Or how long should I allow between sessions? Thanks!
