   pec problem here, alrite people think i have pecs with a shirt on but then when i take off my shirt my pecs have muscles...under the fat, im skinny but my chest is kinda chubby and it's embarrasing and ruins the swimmers body, lol   any suggestions?

I've been lifting pretty hard for about a year. I am there at least 5 times a week and hit the same body part every 4th day. I eat like a horse and not improving much on my strength, though my stamina is increasing, im not beefing up or gaining in strength. I can push 155 for 60 but 225 for 8!? WTF. I have tried no xpld, different creatines and have seen my best strength come from halodrol. I took it for 3 1/2 weeks and had to stop for my irritability, i have 3 kids and they didnt like me much towards the end. Any suggestions? I've had partners but they wuss out after a couple weeks.

Erock I didn't read your post but you should probably start a new thread.

And to the OP you could (I guess) have gyno. Can you see your abs?
