Calendar for October 2007 ~sessions may be cancelled last minute depending on attendance ~session are 30 minutes long Mondays 10am pst ~ Thigh Thinner & Tush Tightener Workout This class is all about the legs, thinning and shaping those thighs! Tightening the tush and burning some fat! You will feel the burn! Equipment: Body Ball, Mat and Dumbbells / Cans / Water Bottles. Fridays 3pm pst ~ Fat Burn Sweatout No rest for this session, be ready for an increased heart rate and non stop movments at an energetic pace! Bring 2 towels and tons of endurance! Equipment: light dumbbells or small water bottles / cans, safe sturdy chair, mat. Sundays 7pm pst ~ Upper Body Blaster Shape those arms and gain some upper body strength. You will want to work in a heavier weight range here, or use larger water bottles. Equipment: 5-10lb Dumbbells, large water bottles, mat. Saturdays 10am pst ~ Abs and Splits Ab endurance and flexibility, ever wanted to work toward those splits? Try out some of these great exercises to bring out those sexy tummy lines and work toward a more flexible you. Equipment: Body Ball, mat and a strap or longer towel.
