i've tried trac creatine by mhp and didn't notice any "mind-blowing pumpsSmile" like the what was decribed in a stupid add or something. does this mean i won't benefit from a product like no2? i am going to go for a cheap substitute rather than the real thing. the price is ridiculous. by the way, are the substitutes just as no2? whoever makes no2 claims it is the only one with this "physer extended release system" or some bullsh*t like that. i don't think thats true.

A cheap substitute would be Nitroxide by SportPharma.

It's not time released. But I did get pumps off it. And it is the same thing (minus the time release thing) that the original NO2 is.

"physer extended release system"

Which is just a time relased substance. And that has probably been duplicated by others.

But Nitroxide is cheap. And it's NO2. And I got pumps if that is what you are looking for.

Nitroxide does have a time release, they just didn't name it like NO2. It is the same thing but better cuz it is coated and is cheaper.

Trust me!!!

Hey.. it is time released. It wasn't in the first run. Apparently it is now. And I did a full bottle of NO2. And Nitroxide caps are much easier to swallow. Cheaper no doubts.

Are you taking Nitroxide at the moment? And if so, are you still noticing a difference?

I am not taking Nitroxide right now, I will probably only take it 2 week before a show and into the show to be pumped for the stage.
