I'm almost 16 and have been lifting for almost 2 years and this summer I am considering taking TRAC-NO along w/ probolic-SR.  Both are from MHP.  I am only going to use the TRAC-NO once school is off and i'll stop taking it once school starts back up (i'll probably be on it for around 10 weeks).  I know some of you don't think I should take it at my age, but could taking it for only 10 weeks hurt me any in the long run?

regarding trac-seems pretty expensive for a prework out supp. but then again all of mhp stuff is. at least muscletech has an excuse for its rape prices. they have tons of ad, sponsers, endorsments. mhp is just overpriced.

regarding probolic- i would say take some whey right after workout and casin right before bed. it prob would be cheaper and it makes more sense to me. you want a quick hitting protein postwork out, not slow release. so imo its out for postwork out, so all your left with is before bed and casin is so much cheaper. i have used their glutamine and while it did help with recovery, i didn;t feel it was any better then normal glut (and it was like 100 servings so it was a better deal then what your buying)

i just jumped on massnutrition.com (cheapest site for supps) and the prices on their are under $30 for both. but i think their are far better products out their. as far as trac extreme, why not. but regarding the protein, i would say musclemilk or on whey. i dont think anyone will disagree with me on this.
