ya my buddy just sold his to me for 45 bucks so i couldnt pass it up cuz chuck norris is awsome and i'm trying it on its hardest difficulty and im still pumping out reps.

What is your oponion on it? i mean its fun but i dont really think it will help me build much muscle.  just endurance im thinking.

It could probably be better for building muscle if you had an 80lb x-vest.

It depends on the weight. I would try looking on walmart to find a cheap or go somewhere else. I think a heavier one is in the $100 range.

Yea the wal-mart ones are only 20lbs. You need the heavy serious kind and those are around 180. There is a guy over on the crossfit forum that sells them for closer to 150 if you really want one.

Edit: Or just put plates in a backpack.

Total Gym looks awesome to me and a great chance to work supporting muscles that are very difficult to target otherwise.  Chuck Norris endorses it for this very reason according to his autobiography.  Weight vest is an awesome idea as well, man I love this forum!  Heard it is difficult to use it effectively for the lower body, but for the upper body it works miracles and can make you seriously stiff I read.
