Total shoulder replacement?
-
Monday, March 27, 2006 1:39 PM
( #1 )
Two ortho docs have told me that only a shoulder replacement can cure my pain and limitations. However, they tell me that with that surgery I should not do heavy pench or presses again. Does any one know of anyone who has had this surgery and continued to body build training with moderately heavy weight?

You have to prioritise to strengthing your bones, tendons, ligaments, stablizer muscles before even thinking to bench.
