I am fairly new to the PHs world. I have tried 3 so far: Mag 10 (liquid), T-100 (pills) and 1-T Undecriol (pills)...I used all three in association with DHB (estrogen blocker).
I found that on the Mag 10 I gained 10 lbs in 10 days. However it left me bloated. I off cycled correctly and maintained roughly 6-7 lbs of muscle. However I don' t want the bloating affect again....so I then went on 1-T Undecriol (which was being highly recomended to me)...I saw huge strength gains and increased density but no weight gain and the same goes for when I was on T-100. My diet stayed the same during all 3 PHs.
I was very excited when I heard that 1-T Undecriol was coming out in a topical spray. However, it was pulled before hitting the shelves by the FDA, having something to do with it ingredients. I feel, and I cold be wrong that is why I am posting this, that my lack of weight gain or size for that matter on the pills were because of poor absorbtion.
So my questions are these: What is the most efficient and effective spray or liquid PH on the market? What should I stack it with? or is my thought process on this whole thing completely off? please help....I am a very hard gainer.
**by the way this is a GREAT site and I have recomended it several of my friends...thanks for all the advise.

Some thoughts.
1) Liquid or pill, its taken orally, and absorption is the same -- not good as it gets broken down by the liver. So that does not explain the difference in your experiences.
2) Generally, you have choosed not the best brands out there.
3) And anti-e can inhibit gains, and shoudl be reserved for post cycle use, unless you are prone to estogen effects and/or looking to cut fat rather than gain muscle.
4) Topicals (if put in an effective delivery system) have better absorption. Avant Labs is well known to have had the BEST ph products around, as our gel has been unmatched. The FDA has taken the position that all topical prohormone products are not " dietary supplements" . Of course, PHs are under attack generally. So its not the ingredients. I believe there are still a few places where you can get them.
5) If you are truly looking for size, rather than an anti-e, stack a 4-diol product with your 1-test product.
6) Your androgen receptors could be saturated. Are you taking sufficient time off in between cycles?
7) When on cycle, increase your protein intake to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight and and increase your training volume at least 1 and 1/2 times what it normally is.

Trenabol-X is a topical containing 1-test, 4-AD and 1, 4AD. It is still being manufactured and is rather inexpensive. Go to BodyBuilding.com for details. A warning though, the lethargy from the 1-test is no joke. Take it before bed and with eca stack if you take it before a work out. Gawd!! It made me so sleepy but my joint pain is gone as is the bloat from the d-bol. I've only been on it for a week so i cannot as yet assess the strength gains but i am tighter. BTW, you can still buy ONE and ONE+ as well as Super ONE+ from "1Fast400.com".

I have never heard that 1-test makes you drowsy or lathargic, is that true?

You haven't looked hard enough.
It is the single most reported side effect, and the only one I experienced. It was severe as well.

So since the lathargy is so severe what can i do or take to counter it?
Also, Twin off subject but why don't you like Nor products?

Not everyone will experience the lethardy.
4-diol will counter it.
Nor did not increase strength or muscle, for me, and it gave a small case of gyno, which I got rid of quickly, thankfully.
