i would like to know everyone's opinion on which exercise workout the best for each body part. heres mine Shoulders: overhead presses chest: bench press back: lat pull down/chin ups legs: squat/deadlifts. happy sharing!

Why did you completely skip biceps and triceps? Triceps- Skull Crushers Biceps - BB Curl **Legs(at least calves) Leg Curls

Legs- Squats Back- Deadlifts, PULLups (chins are a variation of pullups in which puts the wrists at a supinated position therefore reversing the muscle groups to primary biceps, secondary lats) CHest- bench press shoulders- standing barbell overhead press triceps- dips biceps- CHINS

Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

Close grip bench presses and weighted dips are an overall better workout, seeing they involve more muscle groups; however, whether someone responds better from skull crushers or the other two possible choices like with any other movement, is depended upon the individual. I actuall like skull crushers. Leg curls are hamstring isolation, not calves. Calves are overloaded during calf raises.

close grip bench presses> wide grip? isnt the difference only that close grip works more on the inner pecs while wide grip works on the outer?
