5's too many but here's a few

Chest: Flat Bench
Back: Deads/Pullups/Heavy BB Rows
Biceps: Incline DB curls
triceps: Close Grip Bench / Skull Crushers
Quads: Squats/Deads/Leg Press
Hams: Squats/SLDDeads or Deads
Calfs: Squats/Calf Raises
traps: heavy Shrugs or Power Shrugs
shoulders: OH BB Press/OH BB Push press/Power cleans
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing
