I've been working out for a while now, and i got some sort of a 4-pack going now, but I feel that I might a bit too thin on the waist. Is there anyway I can add a bit of muscle to that area, or do I simply need to eat more?

You need to eat more man. but of course good foods,
eggs, milk, etc. and if u think ur too thin eat alot of cottage cheese, its good for you and has a good amount of fat in it.

Thanks for the replies, it's just that I've noticed a 6lbs drop in weight over 4 weeks or so. I'm very light at the moment, only about 120lbs.
