Just keep at it. I know you want some structure but hold off and keep going with what you are doing until you cease to lose. In the meantime, read the nutrition forum as much as possible to just gather info. But 6 weeks and 8 lbs... sounds like a great plan whatever you are doing. It's working. So don't change it yet.
