1can Tongol chunk lite tuna in water, drained
1/4cup salsa or or toamtoe and chipotle sauce
2 wholewheat flour tortillas ,burrito size
1/2cup shredded fat free cheese
**Mix tuna with salsa or sauce. Place tortillas on work surface: spread half of tuna mixture over bottom half of each tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on top of tuna dividing evenly. Fold top half of tortilla over tuna. Place on baking sheet
**Bake in centre of preheated 350F oven for 10 to 15 mins. cut into wedges. Serve with salsa, and a salad
Says it makes 4 servings, but I eat the whole recipe as one serving (oink!) Pretty good tasting, don't know what the macros are on it, but if using fat free cheese shouldn't be too bad.

Hmmmm I think there might be some sort of border crossing restriction in place about anyone's entering or leaving the country with canned goods....Lol!!

Actually, I don't really know..was just kidding....but from what I've heard about border crossing these days, it's complicated and takes alot longer..and maybe, just maybe having that can or 2 of tuna would send em' over the edge...maybe if I bribed the border patrol with the Bacardi (???) lol
