Hi there, I have heard people talk about toning and tightening their bodies, and I think thats what I need to do, but I'm not sure how? I do alot of cardio, and as a result have lost alot of weight, unfortunately alot of that was muscle as well. I'm not that bothered to be honest, because I am aiming for the small and wiry look anyway. I still do 3 days of weight training a week though, although thats really to try and retain my muscle rather than build up anything substantial. basically my arms and legs are quite small, but very firm, which suits me fine. It is my body/ trunk / torso (the main bulk of my body) that is the problem. From losing alot of weight I have alot of loose skin, pretty much my entire front. I really want to tighten this up. Can anybody recommend some exercises, or some sort of regime that I should be focusing on? Currently as I said I do alot of cardio (about 4 days a week, moderate about 40 minutes minimum per day) And three days of weights -biceps & chest, (although I have no bench so chest is pretty limited-any advice for working on the chest without a bench would be appreciated also) -tris & back -shoulders & legs I've also started trying to work my abs a couple of days a week, although I totally suck at any sort of crunch, I find it a huge struggle. So any advice there would also be greatly appreciated also.

Bulk up, the cut back down. You can't really do both. There is no scientific or medical support for toning. You can either increase the muscle you have, or remove the fat on top of the muscle to make it more visible, hence more muscle "toned". Pick a weight you want to reach, aim slightly above it, then cut back down to the target weight.

Sorry, I should have made myself more clearer..... and not asked so many questions at once The question I had was.... I have alot of loose skin (Not fat) , and I wanted to know how to get rid of it. It is mainly in the areas where I lost fat (stomach, midddle, sides etc.) Its like my skin hasn't caught up with my new weight yet. If I pinch the skin, there is nothing there, just a very thin layer of skin, but it is very loose. Its hard to explain, but I think that made sense. I just wanted to know if there is anything (exercises, nutrition) I could do to tighten up my skin? Or do I have to wait for it to adjust naturally?

You need to help fill it out with muscles. Now that you've lost weight, keep the healthy eating up and starting doing some heavy lifting.
