Are you sure you're doing full squats with that much weight? I know several 235lbs and up guys who have trained for 25 years that can't full squat 500lbs.. ORIGINAL: CougarLifter 1 rep max is always going up right now its some where in the area of 425-500
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

I've seen some pretty big guys take 405-455 to a bench but I have to see it to believe it when someone makes a claim like that. We had a pretty big boy on here last year who said he could put 405 deep. Then he posted a video and it was a half squat.
5'6" 125/ Bench: 115 / Front squat: 90 / Deadlift: 205 / Pullups: 10

It's just a lot of weight and it's much easier to believe with proof. Even if you can't take a video. If you can get someone to take a picture of you at the bottom of the squat that would be good enough for me as there's really no easy way you can fake that.

What most people count as a legit squat is your thighs parallel to the ground or your thighs and lower leg perpendicular to eachother forming a 90 Degree angle.
Bench- 285 Squat- 450 Clean- 280 HT- 6'3 WT-245 40- was 4.68 but added 15 pounds bulk so IDK
